-Partner 400m Sled Pull (mini: 100#/70#, large: 50#/20#) plate weight, and use shoulder straps or rope over shoulder to pull sled*

-100 Deadlift (135#/95#)

-100 T2B (knee raises)

-100 Wallballs (20#/14#-10’/9’)

-100 Partner MedBall Sit-ups

-100 Burpees to Plate (45#)
