**Wallballs, Step-ups and Slam Balls must be split evenly, in any manner.

**For Synchro Sit-ups, partners must be in the fully upright position at the same time. One partner may get there quicker, but must wait for the other partner before descending into the next rep.

**For Synchro Push-ups, both partners must be locked out at top of push-up at same time before descending into the next rep. One partner may reach lockout quicker, but must wait until other partner is also locked out.
