100 Alternating Pistols

Scale:

-Box Jump: 20″/14″

-Wallball: one weight lighter, one target lower

-Pull-ups: Ring Row

-Push-ups: from knees

-Pistols to a box at or just below parallel
*Partners can split reps as desired

*Only one partner works at a time
