With a running EMOM Clock, Perform 1 rep on the minute of:
Snatch:
*Starting at 50% of 1RM Snatch. Add 10# every minute until a failed rep occurs. Once a failed rep occurs, on the next minute move directly into:
Squat Clean:
*Add 10# every minute until a failed rep occurs. Once a failed rep occurs, on the next minute move directly into:
Deadlift:
*Add 10# every minute until a failed rep occurs.
*Record final loads of each lift and total minutes completed.
