*Partners can spilt reps however they want on all aspects of the workout until the final 5:00. For the Burpee Box Jump Overs, Partners must switch every 5 Reps. If a team finishes the Metcon prior to the 18:00 mark, they just rest until the 18:00 mark before beginning the BBJOs.
