Every minute on the minute for 30 minutes:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats
*Intermediate athletes and beyond should continue working even after you fail to complete the work within the minute. Start each minute back at pull-ups. A good score for beginner athletes is 10-15 rounds completed. Beginner athletes should stop once they fail to meet the required work in the minute.
