*** All teammates must complete deadlifts before moving on to sit-ups. Only (2) teammates can work at the same time while the other (2) rest. Time ends once the final teammate finishes their final sit-up in round 5. Athletes can use KBs or even Barbell if we’ve run out of DBs or KBs.
