With a rack set at each end of the gym, the athlete will press a lightly loaded EQB overhead and walk to the other end. Bars will be loaded with KBs attached by bands.

*Scale the run so that all are completed in under 2:30, as well as load for carries so that they are completed in under 2:30. You should be able to carry the load 100m unbroken when fresh. This workout should be completed in the 15-18 minute range.
